In this session you will recieve the Nada protocol which is ear acupuncture consisting of 5 needles in each ear. It is a soothing, re-balacing and calming treatment for your body, mind and nervous system.
I am a certified Nada Practitioner from Nada Danmark and I offer both private and group sessions and courses.

The price is 315 Dkk for a 1 h session
And 175 dkk if you book 4 or more sessions
A session is 1 hour and will take place in Vridsløsemagle, outside Høje Taastrup or I will drive to your place (with the charge of 50-100 dkk).
Group sessions: If you are a group of 4-8 people, the price is 50% off per person.
How does a session look like?
The Nada Acupuncture protocol includes five spots in each ear. After I placed the needles, you sit in silence for 45 minutes and allow the needles to gently balance whatever is needed for you. It releases a natural production of oxytocin, dopamine and endorphins and regulates Nervus Vagus which puts you in a meditative, calm state. Since the approach is originally non-verbal no words are needed which to me is one of the gifts of Nada. You don’t have to try to explain or understand with your mind what is not balanced. You simply have to allow the needles to balance and relax you.
The history of Nada
It was originally developed as an alternative to medicine for mental illnesses such as ADHD, depression, stress, addictions and anxiety. By getting the Nada Acupuncture regularly within a period of few weeks, it is possible to reduce the use of medicine and in some cases even quit it. Today Nada is used in several cases and it is useful for everyone who wants to deepen their inner process and balance their system in a gentle, grounding way.
