When talking about psychotherapy, there are many different approaches. One of them is gestalt therapy. I offer gestalt therapy sessions to individuals as a part of my education at Nordisk Gestalt Institut where I’m currently at 4th and last year.

The word “Gestalt” in gestalt therapy is a German word and can be translated to “wholeness.”

Gestalt therapy is a holistic and experiential form of psychotherapy that focuses on expanding self-awareness. It emphasizes the importance of being present in the moment, exploring one’s thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations to support a deeper understanding of oneself.

Profound change lies in a person’s willingness to become more of who they are, rather than trying to become what they are not.

As your Gestalt therapist, my primary role is to be your companion in an embodied exploration of self-awareness in the present moment and how you navigate your life and relationships.

Prices

60 min. / 850 dkk

You’ll find my therapy space in Livets Klinik, Blågårdsgade 33, Copenhagen. If you prefer, we can also connect through online therapy.

Sessions are booked by reaching out to me via email or in the contact form below. I speak both Danish and English. Payment is made after the session through MobilePay or in cash.

Cancellations and changes to the appointment time must be made 24 hours before the agreed-upon time. In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.
